Working directly alongside our Lead Solutions Architect, Model Builders, and the FP&A team, you will act as the key engine powering daily operations—managing change requests, facilitating user training, and getting hands-on with model building activities to enhance our financial planning ecosystem.</p> <h3><strong>🔑 You’ll play a key role by…</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Implementing Change Requests:</strong> Managing, triaging, and delivering end-to-end Change Requests across our Anaplan models to ensure seamless business operations.</li> <li><strong>Supporting Model Building:</strong> Collaborating closely with Lead Solutions Architect and Model Builders to assist in building, testing, and implementing new functionalities and enhancements.</li> <li><strong>Providing Training & Supporting End Users:</strong> Designing and delivering engaging training sessions and documentation to upskill end-users across FP&A and Finance Business Partner teams.</li> <li><strong>Maintaining & Optimising Models:</strong> Maintaining data integrity, managing user access, monitoring model performance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>🤩 We’d love to hear from you if you have…</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Anaplan Expertise:</strong> Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Anaplan workspaces/models (Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder certification or equivalent is highly desirable).</li> <li><strong>Managed Change Requests & Supported Systems:</strong> Proven track record handling Change Requests, user support tickets, and system enhancements in a CoE or support structure.</li> <li><strong>Model Building Skills:</strong> Functional understanding of Anaplan model architecture and formula building, with the ability to assist in active model development.</li> <li><strong>Experience Training Users:</strong> Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a passion for training and empowering non-technical users on Anaplan functionality.</li> <li><strong>An Understanding of Finance:</strong> Solid foundational understanding of financial modelling, FP&A principles, or finance workflows.</li> <li><strong>AI Tooling</strong>: Familiarity with AI tools, including the ability to write effective prompts. You should demonstrate curiosity for how AI can be used to improve processes and solve problems more effectively.</li> <li><strong>Domain Experience:</strong> Banking or financial services experience is a bonus, but not essential!
