Project & Context
Large scale construction project in Nottingham within Public, Science & Technology Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for delivery of MEP services to agreed outcomes for time, budget, safety, and quality
- Manage technical and construction staff and foster strong relationships with client and consultants
- Drive tendering process, procurement strategies, and contract review
- Input into delivery strategies ensuring key milestones and commissioning outcomes are achieved
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Senior MEP project delivery leadership experience on major science or public schemes
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
- Chartered status or professional membership preferred
