We own the systems, processes, and day-to-day execution that keep Wealthsimple functioning at scale — across trading, client support, compliance, and beyond. Within Operations, the Securities Lending Operations team works directly with the Trading Desk and other Operations Associates to manage daily lending activity, settlement, and counterparty relationships. We're a high-ownership team
