Project & Infrastructure Context
Cambushinnie 400kV Substation New Build (ASTI Energy Programme) — Provide commercial leadership on the new Cambushinnie 400kV Substation project near Braco, supporting the Accelerated Strategic Transmission Investment programme.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Lead commercial and contractual management of civil engineering supply chain packages
- Develop commercial strategies, forecast financial performance, and ensure contractual governance
- Protect project margins, identify risks and opportunities, and manage subcontractor accounts
- Partner with operational leaders to deliver commercial direction on high-voltage civils
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive commercial management experience in civil engineering or power infrastructure. Degree in Quantity Surveying or Law, with strong NEC3/NEC4 contract mastery.
