Project & Infrastructure Context
Sizewell C — Ground Engineering Sub-Alliance (Orwell Logistics Park) — Prepare first-principles cost estimates, risk analyses, and pricing models for specialized ground engineering and civil works on Sizewell C.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates in accordance with Geotechnical Sub-Alliance policies and procedures
- Review scope and engineering drawings to arrive at accurate costing assessments
- Identify risks and opportunities and support the development of risk-adjusted tender pricing
- Collaborate with procurement and design teams to benchmark material and plant costs
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or industry qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying. Demonstrable estimating experience on ground engineering or civils schemes.
