New Lochaber Hospital Project — Balfour Beatty Scotland — Lead the delivery of the landmark new Lochaber Hospital healthcare development in Fort William from pre-construction through contract close, construction, and commissioning.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Hold overall accountability for project strategy, P&L, safety, quality, and clinical compliance
- Build and inspire a high-performing team of Project Managers, Construction Managers, and specialists
- Establish strong collaborative relationships with NHS Highlands and regional stakeholders
- Ensure robust commercial management, contract governance, and on-time hospital handover
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrable track record as Project Director or Senior Project Manager delivering major healthcare construction schemes (acute hospitals, health centres). Chartered status (ICE/CIOB/RICS).
