Project & Infrastructure Context
Sizewell C Nuclear Power Plant — Ground Engineering Sub-Alliance — Lead project execution from launch and preparation through delivery and close-out on Sizewell C's complex ground engineering packages, ensuring delivery in line with commercial targets and nuclear standards.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of safe, efficient and high-quality delivery from initial review through handover
- Coordinate with clients, alliance partners (Bouygues, Laing O'Rourke), and specialist geotechnical teams
- Review contract specifications, risk registers, drawings, and budget allocations
- Drive cost performance, margin protection, and continuous productivity improvement
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Substantial project management track record on major infrastructure or nuclear projects. Proven leadership in safety and commercial governance.
