Project & Infrastructure Context
Sizewell C Nuclear Power Station — Ground Engineering & Civil Alliance — Deliver high-precision setting out, quality control, and engineering supervision for deep foundation and geotechnical works on the Sizewell C nuclear project.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Perform setting out for earthworks, piling rigs, diaphragm walls, and drainage using total stations and GPS
- Ensure construction compliance with engineering drawings, RAMS, permits to dig, and ITPs
- Deliver daily technical briefings, safety toolbox talks, and maintain accurate shift as-built logs
- Coordinate concrete pours, reinforcement checks, and material quality testing
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering. 2-5 years site engineering experience. Valid CSCS card and SSSTS/SMSTS.
