Project & Infrastructure Context
HS2 High Speed Rail Programme — Headhouse Project (Regional Build) — Manage day-to-day site operations and structural delivery on a critical HS2 Headhouse infrastructure project in Warwick, ensuring safety, programme alignment, and subcontractor coordination.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate direct labour teams, specialist trades, and civil subcontractors
- Enforce Zero Harm site safety policies, daily risk assessments, and environmental compliance
- Manage plant logistics, concrete deliveries, temporary works, and structural inspections
- Liaise with HS2 client representatives, local authorities, and third-party inspectors
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on major civil engineering or building infrastructure projects. Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card, and First Aid at Work.
