Project & Infrastructure Context

Net Zero Teesside (NZT) — Civil Engineering & Site Mobilisation — Lead and control a defined civil engineering section within the main mobilisation phase for the Net Zero Teesside carbon capture power station project.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Manage section delivery across earthworks, heavy civils, and marine interfaces
Coordinate engineering, commercial, planning, and temporary works teams for right-first-time delivery
Control project budgets, variation notices, and sub-contract compensation events under NEC contracts
Drive Zero Harm safety standards and promote environmental protection on site

Required Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Proven track record as a Sub Agent or Senior Site Engineer on major Tier 1 civil projects.
