Project & Infrastructure Context
Sizewell C Nuclear Power Station — Ground Engineering — Own and maintain the project training governance framework across the Ground Engineering sub-alliance for Sizewell C, ensuring statutory, industry, and nuclear safety competencies are achieved.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Set training standards and assure competency arrangements across alliance partners and supply chain
- Align training schedules with site mobilization plans and critical construction paths
- Coordinate specialist plant operator, safety, and nuclear induction training programmes
- Manage training budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance audit reporting
Required Qualifications & Experience
- CIPD Level 5 qualification in Learning & Development or equivalent experience managing training functions within large-scale construction or nuclear engineering environments.
