Project & Context
Major mixed-use development in Riyadh (cultural, sports, entertainment, hospitality).
Key Responsibilities
- Support project delivery teams ensuring BIM and digital processes are embedded per ISO 19650
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP), information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR), and digital handover strategies
- Lead development of BIM standards, methods, procedures, shared resources, and object libraries
- Oversee Autodesk Construction Cloud and model-based inputs for construction sequencing and cost planning
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National with Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Digital Construction
- 5+ years experience as BIM Manager on major building or infrastructure projects
- Expert knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and ISO 19650 standards
