Magna Legal Services is seeking a proactive, personable, and service-oriented Client Services Representative to serve as a key point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and approaches every client interaction with professionalism, responsiveness, and care.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries received by phone, email, and client portal
- Troubleshoot client concerns, provide timely solutions, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate manager
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, professional communication
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and overall service delivery
- Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and ensure issues are resolved effectively
- Communicate client feedback to support ongoing process and service improvements
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client communications and requests
