Project & Context
Lasdun Wall refurbishment in Norwich (university teaching and laboratory facility).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of specific work packages on Lasdun Wall project to agreed Safety, Quality, Cost, and Programme KPIs
- Responsible for Structure and/or Fit Out of specific area/package including site conditions and safe working standards
- Lead lookahead meetings and provide planned vs actual data for works in designated area
- Coordinate trade/sub-contractors and implement project digital strategy
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven site construction management experience on building structures and fit-out
- SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold, NVQ Level 6
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
