Project & Infrastructure Context
Tod Point Substation Project — Power Transmission & Distribution — Manage both Design and Operational Document Control within the project Common Data Environment (CDE) on the critical Tod Point Substation power scheme.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Manage project CDE platforms including Autodesk BIM 360 Docs, SharePoint, and client portals
- Ensure engineering drawings, technical submittals, and inspection records are strictly version-controlled
- Establish and maintain document workflows, transmittals, and compliance registers
- Train project team members on information governance protocols
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a Document Controller role within construction or engineering. Strong knowledge of BIM 360, ISO 19650 principles, and Microsoft 365.
