Project & Operational Scope
We're looking for a M & E Electrical Engineer to join our team based in Liverpool/Manchester.
The purpose of this position is to undertake electrical designs for large, complex construction projects.
As an M & E Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical design for small to large, complex construction projects, ensuring sustainable, compliant, and cost-effective design delivery from concept through to construction.
Core Responsibilities & Impact
- Deliver high-standard engineering, technical, and operational execution in line with Kier safety, sustainability, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, client stakeholders, design partners, and supply chain specialists to ensure milestone adherence.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, CDM guidelines, industry technical standards, and environmental requirements.
- Champion continuous improvement, value engineering, digital delivery, and best practice across the scheme lifecycle.
Professional Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Demonstrated background within UK infrastructure, construction, civil engineering, water frameworks, or transportation projects.
- Strong communication, team collaboration, problem-solving, and technical project delivery capabilities.
- Commitment to safety leadership, collaborative working, and high-performance delivery.
Compensation & Employee Benefits Guidance
Estimated Remuneration: GBP £42,000 - £58,000 per annum (commensurate with skills and experience)
