Key Responsibilities
- Supervise teams in preparing cost plans, estimates, and schedules of quantities across multiple projects
- Develop strategic reviews, benchmarking exercises, and prospect assessments to support estimating strategies
- Oversee quality assurance for estimates ensuring outputs are robust and cost-competitive
- Present estimates and risk modeling to executive stakeholders
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National with Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- 6+ years experience in estimating on major commercial/sports infrastructure
- Proficient in CostX, Candy (CCS), and benchmarking methodologies
