Job Description:
This position is primarily focused on keeping the office clean and well-maintained. In addition, you will assist management with small tasks such as running errands, organizing supplies, and preparing refreshments.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean all office areas;
- Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchen areas, and shared spaces;
- Empty and sanitize waste bins;
- Refill soap, tissues, and other hygiene products;
- Keep all rooms tidy, especially meeting areas and common zones;
- Run office-related errands, such as purchasing supplies or refreshments;
- Prepare tea, coffee, and light refreshments for staff when required;
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing or organizing documents;
- Support management with occasional day-to-day tasks when required.

- Previous experience in a cleaning or similar role is preferred;
- Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and responsible;
- Friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to assist when needed;
- Able to work independently and manage time well;
- Basic spoken English is an advantage.
- Full time - Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM â 3:00 PM;
- Must be available to occasionally work on Saturdays when needed
