Position Scope & Key Responsibilities
As a Head Pastry Chef (Luxury Hotel) - Edinburgh (Central Services), you will be an integral member of our team in Edinburgh:
- Lead and execute core day-to-day duties in accordance with national safety and clinical/hospitality standards.
- Deliver exceptional patient care or guest experiences with empathy, professionalism, and high attention to detail.
- Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, departmental leads, and multi-disciplinary staff.
- Champion quality assurance, hygiene protocols, and continuous operational development.
