Project & Context
Owner’s Representative engagement for a global pharmaceutical client.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) policies and standards
- Conduct audits and inspections on behalf of business and resolve third-party audit non-conformities
- Analyse results of audits, corrective actions, and KPIs to identify continuous improvement gaps
- Lead incident investigations and provide leadership to safety managers and professionals
Required Qualifications & Experience
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 safety accreditation (CMIOSH)
- Experience in pharmaceutical, industrial, or complex construction safety governance
- Strong leadership and auditor capability
