Key Responsibilities
- Act as HR manager driving operational HR delivery for a £1bn+ laboratory build project
- Support line managers with resource management, employee relations, and talent attraction
- Facilitate annual reward reviews, career framework alignment, and employee retention plans
- Partner with the wider business to enable smooth onboarding and career growth
Required Qualifications & Experience
- CIPD qualified HR Business Partner with experience on major construction or engineering programmes
- Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and organizational development
