Project & Operational Scope
We're looking for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join our Thames Water Major Projects team based working on our Maple Lodge site, Rickmansworth.
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to work within our Thames Water Major Projects team.
As a Kier Senior Electrical Engineer, you will provide LV and HV electrical engineering expertise for industrial projects with particular emphasis on the water industry.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is quality-focused with a demonstrable history of.
Core Responsibilities & Impact
- Deliver high-standard engineering, technical, and operational execution in line with Kier safety, sustainability, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, client stakeholders, design partners, and supply chain specialists to ensure milestone adherence.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, CDM guidelines, industry technical standards, and environmental requirements.
- Champion continuous improvement, value engineering, digital delivery, and best practice across the scheme lifecycle.
Professional Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Demonstrated background within UK infrastructure, construction, civil engineering, water frameworks, or transportation projects.
- Strong communication, team collaboration, problem-solving, and technical project delivery capabilities.
- Commitment to safety leadership, collaborative working, and high-performance delivery.
Compensation & Employee Benefits Guidance
Estimated Remuneration: GBP £55,000 - £78,000 per annum (commensurate with skills and experience)
