Project & Infrastructure Context
Connect Plus Services (CPS) — M25 London Orbital Motorway DBFO — Hold overall operational responsibility for the successful delivery of technology maintenance and renewal works across the M25 motorway network.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Supervise shift-based technology teams and specialist electrical/communications subcontractors
- Manage routine and cyclical works on CCTV, VMS variable message signs, MIDAS detection, and emergency telephones
- Scout defects and coordinate lane closures with National Highways and control rooms
- Update Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) and enforce road safety procedures
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with National Road Telecommunications Services (NRTS) or highways technology. CSCS/ECS card, SMSTS/SSSTS, and clean UK driving licence.
