Project & Context
Mace Consult Americas Hub spanning the US, Canada, and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- Review appointment contracts received with client tenders to identify and mitigate risks to Mace
- Negotiate and draft appointment contracts, joint venture agreements, and supply chain step-down contracts
- Embed Mace Consult global governance programme across the Americas Hub (US, Canada, LATAM)
- Work closely with commercial stakeholders and local leadership operating autonomously in commercial law
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification admitted to practice in NY or US state
- 7+ years experience in construction/commercial contract law in the built environment
- Expertise in AIA, EJCDC, and international bespoke consultancy agreements
