Key Responsibilities
- Assist with feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection reports
- Support value management, estimating, and cost planning activities for project cost plans
- Participate in full procurement process: tender enquiries, bid analysis, contractor selection
- Support cost control, financial reporting, and contract administration
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National with Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil/Construction Engineering
- 2-4 years experience in cost management or estimating
- Working towards RICS or SCE accreditation
