Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for mechanical building services (HVAC, piping, public health)
- Support programme delivery, H&S, wellbeing, quality, commissioning, and project performance
- Contribute to contract, budget, programme, and commercial reviews
- Review mechanical designs, delivery strategies, and commissioning plans
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree, HNC/HND, apprenticeship or equivalent Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Experience delivering mechanical/HVAC building services in construction
- Knowledge of CIBSE/BSRIA guidelines, commissioning, and safety standards
