- Provide strategic direction, fiscal accountability, and compliance across multi-million pound education schemes
- Direct sub-programmes ensuring effective delivery frameworks across people, processes, and technology
- Drive performance improvement, risk management, and client service excellence
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in successful delivery of major education/university capital programmes
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, or ICE
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary project teams
