Project & Context
Major MEP construction delivery across commercial and infrastructure projects in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP construction delivery ensuring compliance with Mace standards, programme, and project requirements
- Manage site health, safety, wellbeing, quality, commissioning, and subcontractor performance
- Drive programme performance through proactive coordination, digital tools, productivity monitoring, and risk management
- Implement quality, commissioning, logistics, and delivery strategies for critical MEP packages
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven MEP delivery expertise with strong technical, planning, and commissioning knowledge
- Relevant engineering or construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree)
- SMSTS and valid CSCS certification
