Key Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection recommendations
- Oversee value management, cost planning, and estimating activities to develop final cost plans
- Measure and value completed works, assess variations, and provide financial reports to clients
- Evaluate contractor claims for delays and additional costs, negotiate final accounts
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National with Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- 5+ years cost management experience on major building projects
- RICS membership (or working towards MRICS)
