Project & Context
Complex large-scale modern smart urban development including villas, townhouses, apartments, retail, and offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion delivery and compliance of Health, Safety and Wellbeing standards across assigned mega projects
- Lead preparation and readiness for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and external audits
- Oversee inspection and audit programmes and analyze findings to drive risk mitigation
- Manage incident investigations and embed sustainable, low-carbon working practices
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3+ safety qualifications and professional membership (NEBOSH Diploma/International Diploma, IOSH)
- Extensive HSE management experience on large-scale masterplan or high-end residential developments in UAE/GCC
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE legislation and audit management systems
