Key Responsibilities
- Drive the MEP construction and site delivery team, ensuring compliance with Mace standards
- Hold full accountability for construction aspects of MEP services, site health, safety, quality, and commissioning
- Deploy project strategic plans such as Prefabrication (C2P), Commissioning, and digital monitoring
- Oversee programme review processes with trade specialists, checking for productivity and trade-to-trade coordination
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven MEP package management on data centres or complex mission-critical facilities
- Degree or HND in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
- Strong understanding of commissioning and C2P offsite prefabrication
