Project & Context
Major Life Sciences Project in Oxford.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads the delivery of key assignments and oversees the implementation of Major Project strategies
- Provides strategic direction and monitors delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives
- Determines and assembles project team resources including specialist appointments and recruitment
- Converts client vision into a deliverable plan exploiting Construction to Production (C2P), Net Zero Carbon, and Digital & Data innovation
- Acts as primary relationship owner and contact for Mace executive team engagement and client CRM
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven leadership in major life sciences, healthcare, or high-tech complex construction schemes
- Chartered status (RICS, CIOB, APM, or ICE)
- Strong executive stakeholder and governance management capability
