Project & Context
Owner’s Representative engagement for a global pharmaceutical client.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PMO and Project Controls performance across assigned commissions
- Design and implement PMO and Project Controls framework/strategy (cost, schedule, change, risk)
- Provide expert advice to project teams on governance, reporting, and escalation of management issues
- Accountable for developing and managing project baselines (scope, time, cost, risk, assumptions)
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive leadership in project controls and PMO for major capital/pharmaceutical investments
- Proficient in Primavera P6, Prism/CostX, Power BI, and risk modelling tools
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Finance with APM/AACE credentials
