Project & Context
D&C PMO Regional Co-Ordinator supporting regional capital projects portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate pipeline lookahead activities and governance timing from intake through approvals
- Ensure project data integrity in PMWeb and enable consistent cost, schedule, and scope controls
- Partner with Project Managers and regional leadership to drive audit-ready documentation
- Support establishment and maintenance of schedule baselines and identify slippage trends
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in PMO coordination, project controls, and governance frameworks
- Proficient in PMWeb, Power BI, and schedule baseline management
- Degree in Construction Management, Business, or Project Controls
