Project & Context
Mace Advisory Centre of Excellence (Mace Consult) delivering strategic advisory commissions globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop benefits management frameworks and realization approaches for major capital programmes
- Lead benefits identification, definition, mapping, and profiling with client leadership and stakeholders
- Integrate benefits management into HM Treasury Green Book business cases, programme controls, and risk management
- Support clients with benefits realization planning across all project lifecycle stages
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Strong advisory experience in benefits management for major infrastructure/public capital programmes
- Familiarity with HM Treasury Green Book / 5 Case Model and APM/Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) standards
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or certified MSP/APMG Benefits Management Practitioner
