Project & Context
Multi-million pound project in Central London within in-house Mechanical & Electrical Subcontractor (Mace MEP).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Senior Commercial Manager on a multi-million pound Central London MEP project
- Cost management of complex MEP works packages, risk management, and profit optimization
- Administer monthly commercial procedures including Cost Value Reports (CVR) and client applications
- Address subcontractor claims, approve invoices, issue IPCs, and manage MEP specialist fees
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management with valid CSCS card
- Proven track record leading MEP commercial packages from a specialist subcontractor or tier-1 perspective
- Expert knowledge of contract law, variations measurement, and commercial risk mitigation
