Project & Context
Large scale infrastructure programme involving complex civil, structural, and MEP works across multiple sites (new town development, advanced tech facilities).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead application of advanced planning and scheduling methodologies to drive programme certainty
- Apply planning, EVM, and project controls expertise to inform strategic decision-making
- Communicate insights and performance analysis clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Manage and develop high-performing planning teams delivering best-practice schedules
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Expert knowledge of Primavera P6, EVM, and multi-site infrastructure scheduling
- Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Project Management
- APM, CIOB, or ICE professional membership preferred
