Project & Context
Owner’s Representative engagement for a global pharmaceutical client.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, rectify, and manage completion of MEP design using technical expertise and management processes
- Coordinate and collaborate with project subcontractors, suppliers, and design consultants
- Accountable for programme, HSW, cost, and quality deliverables of designated MEP systems
- Establish and manage package interfaces and technical risk mitigation plans
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
- Proven project engineering on pharmaceutical, cleanroom, or mission-critical facilities
- Strong coordination and package delivery skills
