Project & Context
Mace Consult business delivering multidisciplinary complex projects from inception through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, procurement, cost planning, and contract execution
- Manage delivery from project brief through design development, contractor procurement, and construction
- Manage tasks and deliverables in support of Associate Directors and client commercial teams
- Ensure robust quality systems in line with service excellence
Required Qualifications & Experience
- MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor with 5+ years experience in cost consultancy
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Strong client-facing and contract administration skills
