Curzon Street station £800m HS2 project in Birmingham city centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the project Employment and Education Strategy in full compliance with contractual requirements
- Make effective use of client Brokerage Service to maximise local employment, apprenticeship and skills outcomes
- Ensure SEE and EDI objectives and KPIs are embedded across project teams and supply chains
- Oversee subcontractors' training and workforce development arrangements
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience managing social value, apprenticeships, and skills development on UK public infrastructure
- Strong stakeholder engagement with local authorities and educational bodies
