Project & Context
Landmark residential community development in Dubai (sustainable, nature-led living).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate MEP design process across all project stages to achieve programme and quality objectives
- Facilitate collaboration between consultants, design teams, and stakeholders for integrated design delivery
- Manage mechanical, electrical, public health, fire protection, and specialist systems design
- Review MEP deliverables against Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defence, and international standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years experience in MEP design management on large-scale masterplanned residential/commercial projects in UAE
- Strong knowledge of DEWA, DCD regulations, and sustainability standards
