Detailed Scope & Responsibilities
This role is a full-time position working for Magnor Plant at Swynnerton Depot and various project locations, reporting to Dean Ellery Equipment Controller.
Main Purpose of Job
To assistant the equipment controller with the management of Morgan Sindall owned assets, ensuring compliance, stock levels and equipment is fit for purpose.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Requisition fulfilment on/off hires
Stock control system
Regular stock checks
Inspections and compliance of all owned assets
Identify damage equipment
Attend site to carryout inspection
Key Qualifications & Candidate Profile
- Relevant technical qualifications in Construction Management, Commercial Surveying, or relevant technical trade.
- Proven track record operating on UK construction sites or major infrastructure frameworks.
- Knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental standards (CDM regulations, CSCS, IOSH/NEBOSH).
- Strong communication, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation & Benefits Guidance
Estimated Remuneration: GBP £35,000 - £48,000 per annum (competitive market rate commensurate with experience)
