HS2 Old Oak Common Super-Hub Station (£1bn+ Balfour Beatty VINCI SYSTRA Joint Venture) — Join the team delivering the largest newly constructed rail station in the UK, managing major structural and architectural subcontract packages at Old Oak Common.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Manage allocated subcontract packages ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule
- Coordinate site interfaces between structural concrete, steelwork, MEP, and station fit-out
- Administer NEC subcontracts, evaluate compensation events, and review method statements
- Drive sustainable practices, carbon reduction, and digital BIM compliance on site
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. CSCS, SMSTS, and proven experience managing multidisciplinary packages on major UK rail or civils projects.
