Performance Marketing Specialist at ELVTR
Location Guidelines: Ukraine · Workplace: 🌐 Remote
ELVTR is an online education company building live online courses taught by top executives and industry experts. We operate across Sales, Marketing, Production, Instructor Sourcing, Student Support, Finance, Creative, and Engineering.
Why This Role Exists
We're scaling fast, and our paid channels have to scale with us. This role owns that: the campaigns that bring students in the door, the budget behind them, and the numbers that prove it worked.
This is a full-time role.
What You Will Do
- Run the campaigns. Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads conversion campaigns.. You decide the audience splits, the budget shifts, the creative rotation.
- Own the numbers, not just report them. Track TA vs. non-TA lead quality, keep CPL inside KPI, and flag anomalies before they become a wasted week of spend.
- Do the QA nobody sees. Audiences, exclusions, placements, attribution windows, budgets, naming conventions — the boring checks that are the actual difference between a clean account and a leaking one.
- Test constantly. Turn a hunch into an A/B test, read the result, log what you learned, kill what doesn't work.
- Work the room. Sit with producers, copywriters, and designers and give them feedback that's grounded in data, not vibes.
Requirements
- B2 English or higher
- 1–2 years hands-on with conversion campaigns / performance marketing / user acquisition, ideally in an in-house or agency setting
- Confident running Meta Ads Manager solo
- Fluent in CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS/ROI, LTV
- Hands-on AI experience (pet project, past role, side experiment)
- Comfortable proposing an unconventional idea, testing it, and owning the result either way
