Project & Context
Owner’s Representative engagement for a global pharmaceutical client.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PMO and Project Controls performance across assigned pharmaceutical commissions
- Design and implement PMO frameworks covering cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting
- Accountable for developing and managing project baselines (scope, time, cost, risk, assumptions)
- Facilitate and drive periodic reporting and structured governance performance reviews
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven PMO leadership on multi-million pound capital programmes
- Proficient in PMWeb, Power BI, SharePoint, and Primavera P6
- APM, PMI, or Prince2 Practitioner accreditation
