Wir gründen ein Team aus Spezialist:innen, das den Mittelstand spürbar nach vorn bringt: Wir nehmen echte Probleme aus dem Alltag – zu viel manuell, zu viele Medienbrüche, zu viele Fehler – und verwandeln sie in smarte, automatisierte Workflows mit digitalen Tools, Schnittstellen und KI. Was du bei uns entwickelst, ist kein Uni-Projekt für die Schublade, sondern liefert messbaren Impact: schneller, sauberer, skalierbarer.
Unser Ziel ist ein praxisnahes „Automation Lab“: wiederverwendbare Lösungen, klare Standards und ein Tempo, bei dem man am Ende der Woche wirklich sieht, was entstanden ist.
Dein Fokus
Du machst KI im Alltag nutzbar: LLM-Workflows, Prompting, Dokument-Extraktion (OCR) – und prüfst systematisch, was wirklich zuverlässig funktioniert.
Deine Aufgaben
- KI-gestützte Workflows konzipieren und in Prozesse integrieren
- Prompt Engineering, Varianten-Tests und Qualitätsbewertung (Output, Halluzinationen, Stabilität)
- Dokumentverarbeitung (PDFs/Formulare) inkl. OCR und Extraktionslogik
- Prototypen bauen, testen, verbessern – bis es produktionsnah ist
- Ergebnisse dokumentieren (Was funktioniert, was nicht, warum?)
Bewerbung

Das bringst du mit
- Laufendes Studium, z. B. Informatik, Data Science, KI-Schwerpunkt oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Interesse an LLMs, Prompting, Evaluation und datengetriebenem Arbeiten
- Programmierkenntnisse (Python/JavaScript) oder sehr gute Daten-/Skript-Basics
- Neugier, sauberes Denken und Lust auf Experimente mit System
