This isn't a role for someone who hands off the hard parts. You'll be expected to understand the systems deeply, navigate regulatory and operational constraints, and lead both the product and the people building it.At this level, you're not just managing a roadmap. You're setting the vision for a large, technically complex surface area, building and developing a team of PMs, and partnering directly with engineering leadership to make hard architectural decisions.
