- Direct coordination and delivery of sub-programmes in alignment with overall vision and strategic objectives
- Implement programme delivery environments across People, Organisation, Process, and Technology
- Primary contact for Mace Business Unit Director engagement and client leadership
- Direct and maintain exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, and sustainability standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Senior director-level experience in pharmaceutical or major scientific facility delivery
- Chartered professional (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE)
- High-level strategic governance and risk leadership
