Project Manager - Stakeholder and Interface
Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Clyde Framework team based in Glasgow.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the successful delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure and construction projects within a highly regulated environment, supporting a key long-term client programme. Working alongside a talented and collaborative team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will manage projects from conception through to completion, overseeing all aspects of project delivery including design, engineering, construction, commercial performance, quality and handover.
Key Responsibilities
will include:
Leading the successful delivery of projects to agreed scope, cost, programme and quality targets.
Managing project risks, opportunities and value engineering activities to maximise project performance.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors.
Providing leadership, direction and motivation to project teams, consultants and contractors.
Championing excellence in health, safety, environmental, sustainability and quality performance.
Monitoring project budgets and forecasts, ensuring rigorous cost control and efficient resource utilisation.
Driving continuous improvement, best practice and Morgan Sindall Infrastructure's Perfect Delivery philosophy.
Supporting business objectives through effective contract management and project performance reporting.
About You
We're looking for Project Manager with experience delivering complex projects in a regulated environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience operating in a Project Manager role within construction, infrastructure, engineering or a similar project-based environment.
Experience working within a highly regulated environment, where compliance, governance and safety are critical to successful project delivery.
A strong track record of leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
Sound commercial awareness with experience of budget management, forecasting and performance reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, risk management and continuous improvement.
The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
Degree, HNC or HND qualification in a relevant technical discipline.
Strong understanding of project delivery, legislative compliance, health and safety and environmental requirements.
Good understanding of commercial issues affecting project performance and contract delivery.

Key Qualifications & Candidate Profile
- Relevant technical qualifications in Construction Management, Commercial Surveying, or relevant technical trade.
- Proven track record operating on UK construction sites or major infrastructure frameworks.
- Knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental standards (CDM regulations, CSCS, IOSH/NEBOSH).
- Strong communication, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation & Benefits Guidance
Estimated Remuneration: GBP £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (competitive market rate commensurate with experience)
