Project & Infrastructure Context
Balvac — Structural Concrete Repair, Asset Strengthening & Refurbishment — Support pre- and post-contract commercial activities across structural maintenance and bridge refurbishment schemes across the UK.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor procurement, monthly valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Prepare accurate cost value reconciliations (CVRs) and cash flow forecasts
- Ensure commercial governance and contract compliance under NEC4 Option B and Option C
- Provide commercial insight to Contracts Managers to maximize project profitability
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management. RICS/CIOB member or working towards. Experience in civils, concrete repair, or highways.
